- Provide short term personal care with direct oversight by the Registered Nurse
- Assist with bathing and skin care
- Assist with Grooming needs such as shaving, oral care, and nail care
- Assistance with dressing
- Assistance with ambulation, transferring, and bed positioning
- Light meal preparation
- May assist with medication reminders
- Provide vital signs and coordinates with the Registered Nurse
